By accessing or using this website and/or enrolling in the MilSpouse Transition Collective, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or purchase services.
2. Services Provided
Renee' H. Ferguson Coaching & Renee' H. Ferguson and Associates, LLC provide online coaching, educational resources, and community support for military spouses navigating the transition from military life to civilian life during retirement.
The MilSpouse Transition Collective is a group coaching program that may include but is not limited to:
Monthly group coaching sessions
Guided exercises and educational materials
Online community support and discussion
All services are provided online unless otherwise stated.
3. Payment & Billing
The MilSpouse Transition Collective is billed at $597 USD annually.
Payment provides access to the program for 12 consecutive months from the date of purchase.
Prices are subject to change at any time; changes will not affect active memberships.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the program and immediate access to materials and community, all sales are final. No refunds, partial refunds, or prorated refunds will be issued once access has been granted, unless otherwise required by law.
5. Coaching Disclaimer: No Medical, Mental Health, Legal or Financial Advice
The MilSpouse Transition Collective provides coaching, education, and peer support only. It does not provide therapy, counseling, medical care, legal advice, financial planning, benefits counseling, or employment placement services.
Military retirement and transition decisions may involve complex emotional, legal, financial, healthcare, and benefits-related considerations. Participants are encouraged to seek guidance from qualified professionals, including licensed therapists, attorneys, financial advisors, and military or veteran service organizations, regarding their individual circumstances.
6. Emotional Support Disclaimer
The coaching and community environment are intended to provide encouragement, perspective, and peer connection. The program is not equipped to provide crisis intervention or mental health treatment.
If you are experiencing significant emotional distress, anxiety, depression, or thoughts of self-harm, please seek immediate support from a licensed mental health professional or contact emergency services.
7. No Guarantees
Military retirement and civilian transition experiences vary widely based on personal, financial, health, employment, and family factors. While the MilSpouse Transition Collective is designed to support clarity, confidence, and informed decision-making, no specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.
8. Community Participation & Conduct
Participation in the Collective requires respectful, supportive engagement. Harassment, discrimination, harmful behavior, or disruption of the community will not be tolerated.
The program owner reserves the right to remove any participant who violates community guidelines, at their discretion, without refund.
9. Community Confidentiality Notice
The MilSpouse Transition Collective includes a group coaching and community-based environment. While respectful discretion is strongly encouraged, confidentiality among participants cannot be guaranteed.
By participating, you acknowledge that other members may share their own interpretations or recollections of group discussions outside the program. You are responsible for what you choose to share within the group.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and within the MilSpouse Transition Collective—including videos, worksheets, written materials, exercises, and recordings—is the intellectual property of Renee' H. Ferguson Coaching and Renee' H. Ferguson and Associates, LLC and may not be copied, distributed, shared, or reproduced without prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renee' H. Ferguson Coaching and Renee' H. Ferguson and Associates, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in the program.
12. Indemnification
